New Songs From the Kitchen of
Brechyn and Larissa, 11/18/10

Brechyn and Larissa each wrote a new song last week. Brechyn's is an upbeat blues folk number entitled, "What It Takes To Break a Heart." Larissa's is a slow, sentimental tune called, "Another To Tell." We often find ourselves writing and arranging our songs around the little blue kitchen table at Larissa's farmhouse in Mercersburg. The room has great resonance, and is a warm and cozy place to create new material. The songs should be ready to showcase with the full band soon, so come on out to our upcoming shows and hear them!

Happy Halloween! 11/4/10

This past Saturday, October 30, 2010, we performed for our "Mighty Strange Halloween Show" at Flannery's Tavern on the Square in Mercersburg (our hometown hub), with our good friends, Mightychondria. We had a packed, lively crowd, with many in costume. Ryan (Larissa's husband) won best costume for his interpretation of Beetle Juice, and our theme this year was Dia de los Muertos. Thanks to all who came out and celebrated with us!
